Invisible and Underserved
The goal of Invisible and Underserved: Improving the Community Health Surveillance of HIV-Related Health Outcomes of Bisexual Patient Populations to End the HIV Epidemic in Chicago is to use electronic medical record (EMR) data to determine if men who have sex with men and women (MSMW)/bisexual men are more or less likely to have received HIV prevention and/or treatment related services than men of other sexual orientations.
This project is led by Lauren Beach, PhD, JD, and Laura Rusie, ScM, at Howard Brown Health. It is a collaboration with the Third Coast Center for AIDS Research.
