Getting to Zero Illinois Data Dashboard
The goal of this project is to develop a data dashboard, in line with Getting to Zero Illinois goals, to present Chicago and Illinois HIV and STI surveillance data in a way that is accessible to a broad array of local stakeholders. The Getting to Zero Illinois dashboard is a collaboration with AIDS Foundation of Chicago.

Gregory Phillips II, PhD, was selected to co-chair the Research, Data, and Evaluation committee of the Getting to Zero Illinois initiative in 2018. This is one of five committees established to help develop a five-year action plan implemented at the city and state level in 2019. The action plan works to expand PrEP uptake among individuals at risk of acquiring HIV, while also engaging more people living with HIV in care. These efforts place particular emphasis on identifying and addressing the specific needs of populations disproportionately affected by HIV such as trans women of color, Black and Latino sexual minority men, and Black women.
